Hi there Tarot Friend,
Astro Updates🌟Mars is now direct! 🙂↕️ 🌟Thursday is the New Moon at 9°Pisces. 🌟Saturday, March 1, Venus turns retrograde. Mars DirectI pulled a card for Mars direct and got the 3 of pentacles. Mars direct has the feeling of sap rising, especially in conjunction with this new moon in Pisces. Interestingly, the 3 of pentacles corresponds to the Mars-ruled decan of Capricorn in the Golden Dawn system. Right now Mars is in an uncomfortable sign, Cancer, opposite it's sign of exaltation in Capricorn What does all that mean? I think things should feel much better now that Mars is direct. Time to get back to work, back to your goals, time to get your mojo back! I know I certainly had some motivational snags with Mars retrograde since December 6. I've also had some tiffs with my friend, Carl. I chalk that up to Mars retrograde in Cancer. Not knowing how to emotionally respond to irritations. All of that should be clearing up as Mars slowly makes it way out of Cancer. Mars will be in Cancer through April 17. New Moon in PiscesThis is the last moon before the eclipses intervene to shake up our lives. If you are unsure of your path, eclipses often provide a course correction. I recently got a download that I need to sell my house and move sooner rather than later. That realization really threw me for a loop! And then I noticed, there is one more eclipse in my 4th house of home (the Aries eclipse on March 29). Venus and Mercury are adding fuel to the fire by going retrograde in Aries in March. So was that revelation truly out of left field? I think not. I'm committed not to go into "outta my way" Aries mode on this, but I'll keep you posted. Take a look at your Aries and Pisces houses of your chart. There is A LOT of activity happening there now and through March and into April. Change is on the slate. What kind of change do you hope to see? Venus RetrogradeI pulled 2 cards for the Venus retrograde and got the 7 of swords crossed by the Tower. First off, I notice that the Tower is card 16: 1+6=7. So the crossing card, or obstacle, or fly in the ointment if you will is connected directly to the 7 of swords, which represents Venus retrograde for us. 7's can be tricky and complicated. They can herald set backs or twists of fate (did I mention the eclipses?) Twists of fate don't always have to be bad, after all the Tower can be a breakdown or a breakthrough. I think in this case, the 7 of swords is saying don't be too tricky and complicated. Don't try to pull off some difficulty 10 move. Stick to a difficulty 3 move. And nail it. Because if you don't, the whole thing could go sideways. This Venus retrograde starts off in Aries and then backs into Pisces. So you may want to initiate something that goes against the grain. And that's okay. But be aware that Venus will back into her sign of exaltation (Pisces) where things just come to her. She will also roll over Neptune, Saturn and the North Node, which makes things tricky and complicated. So stick to your zone of genius for the best results and don't overcomplicate it! Venus is retrograde from March 1 - April 12. May your sap rise and yield delicious, sweet syrup-- -Cassandra the Card Reader |
