🌞I read Growing Big Dreams and guess what happened????

Hi there Tarot friends,

I am reading Growing Big Dreams for the second time - A book by Robert Moss. I was quickly scrolling through my audible while at a stop light looking for a different book. I couldn’t find it, but stumbled upon Growing Big Dreams. I love, love, love Robert Moss, so I clicked on it.

Robert Moss is a shaman and a master of the dreamscape.

The book opened up to a part where he was talking about journeying with Tarot cards.

I was stunned.

I didn’t even remember that part of the book. In it, he talks about meeting and working with the energies of the Major Arcana.

Do you have a Big Dream?

Dreams are bigger than the adventures we go on at night. Dreams are vital to the health of the soul.

I’ve run smack into a Big Dream (I capitalized that on purpose) recently, and maybe you have too.

Maybe your dream is just a wispy thread at this point, or a longing. Or maybe it’s lodged in your belly like a 6 month old fetus, and you know there’s no way you’re NOT giving birth to something!

Whatever stage or form your dream is in right now, it might be a good idea to work with it through Tarot and the book Growing Big Dreams.

Enter the Empress

Right about the same time as I rediscovered Growing Big Dreams , the Empress showed up in waking life.

I did a parts work session with Mimi Pettibone the dream detective.

The purpose of the session was to contact the Inner Critic, which we did. But then Mimi chose to bring in an opposing energy to the Inner Critic..

That energy showed up as the Empress from the Tarot.

One of the messages from the Empress was that I needed more water.

Now, I could easily think that she was pointing to my astrology chart, which is devoid of water save Neptune in Scorpio.

And maybe she was.

But I chose to take the message more literally. I need to surround myself with more water. So I made one of my Tarot card candles, but this time, used a tea light floating in water.

And I made a misting Empress spray of water with a pinch of sea salt and a dash of rose water. I plan to spray myself with the Empress spray at least once a day. And of course light the tea light floating atop the waters of creativity.

If you don’t live your own dreams, you will live someone else’s

But why is it so hard to bring our dreams to life and live them? Because we don’t believe they are possible. How many times have I started down a path and stopped or turned back because I just didn’t have the juice to keep the dream alive? More than I’d like to admit.

I think well, maybe that’s not for me. Maybe I should just accept this adjacent thing. A smaller version. And I give up.

Once in a while, I wrestle the angel.

This year is a Strength year, an appropriate time to wrestle the angel.

It’s not an easy process.

Right now I have Saturn square my natal moon. Ouch! Some really heavy feelings are coming up. But I’m dedicated to wrestling the angel. And engaging my dreams.
